Posture Check - Neck

👀💻 Watch for correct posture when seated and
working on the computer to deter neck pain,
headaches and back pain.

🙅🏻‍♀️ OUCH! Neck too far forward, shoulders slumped
forward.

🌟 BETTER: Sit tall with your head aligned over your
body. Think ears over tip of shoulders.

⏰ TIP: instead of trying to hold this posture 100% of
the time, work to achieve this more upright, aligned
position 5️⃣ times per hour. You can even set a timer to
remind yourself to check in!
