Become aware of your sleeping positions to keep your neck and low back feeling good.

GOOD sleeping position #1:

On your back with pillow under knees to support low back.

GOOD sleeping position #2:

Side-lying with pillow between knees to support low back.

NOT PREFERRED sleeping position #3:

On your stomach with head turned. This puts excessive strain on your neck and creates over-arching of your low back

Pause and pay attention to your sleeping positions. By using pillows for support, you can keep a neutral low back position and avoid straining your neck while you get good rest.
