Bathtub Biomechanics

Protect your neck and back when bathing your babes.

Opt for half kneel position instead of stooping over with straight legs.

Maintain a neutral low back position (not too arched, not too slouched) when half kneeling and switch up which leg is in front during bathtime.

If uncomfortable, add an extra towel under your knee for support.

Maintain this half kneel position when assisting your little one out of the tub.

Squeeze your glutes (buttocks) together and push through the heel of your forward leg as an additional step when holding your little one close to you and moving to a standing position.

Wishing you many peaceful moments with your little ones!
