Girls. Guts. Glory.
The 2021 Spring Symposium was held at Hillcrest Country Club in Lincoln, Nebraska. We successfully brought this event back after a pandemic delay. Eighty women attending the second annual event. Together we learned about the connection between our brain and our gastrointestinal (GI) systems. We gained a better understanding of how the foods we eat affect our GI system, mood, energy, and motivation. Attendees practiced postural muscle activation and walked away with a better understanding of pelvic floor dysfunction.
