Leading a healthy lifestyle is more straightforward than one may think. Often health practitioners treat the "effect" day to day with their clients. The Manifest team is passionate about becoming involved before the "cause" is ever present. They are dedicated to collaborating with and educating the community on achieving optimal health and well-being.

Amberly and Bridget have come together each with a unique area of expertise to achieve a common goal. Their knowledge and training compliment one another. By integrating their specialties these powerhouse sisters offer vital knowledge to help each person manifest their goal of a healthy mind and body.
Amberly Byington, PT, DPT
has been practicing physical therapy since 2002. She obtained her Masters & Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has advanced training and certifications in both orthopedics and manual hands on therapy. She is passionate about teaching her clients about topics such as body mechanics, postural awareness and becoming advocates for their own health and well-being.
Bridget Easley, MS, RDN, LMNT
has over 18 years of nutrition counseling and mindful eating expertise. She received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northwest Missouri State University. She went on to complete her Masters in Nutrition and Health Sciences at the University of Nebraska. She began her private practice, Power Nutrition, on the premise that real, wholesome, nourishing food has the ability and power to provide the body with all the fuel it needs daily to be at its best. Balance
Our bodies are in constant search for balance. Balance can be described as the stability of one’s mind, feelings, and actions. Just like a ship in the ocean needs balance to withstand the waves and motion of its journey, your body craves balance to thrive amidst the stress and toxins in your environment. Each decision we make day to day impacts how balance plays out over the long term. We believe that with a greater understanding of our bodies, we are better able to access all elements of our own health. Optimal well-being and balance can be achieved. Our mission is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to help your body thrive. When you are thriving, you are also helping others around you do the same.
Movement
Our bodies were created for movement, just as ships were created to navigate through water. Our muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons and fascia not only move our body, but interact with all of the systems in our body. Manifest Integrated Health believes that movement is essential in discovering and creating balance. When we are moving our bodies with purpose, it helps our mind, body and spirit thrive. Movement comes in numerous forms and how we move can greatly impact mind and body function.
Mindfulness
Our minds are powerful. Our minds influence how we feel, move, and experience life. By pausing we are able to gain greater insight on what is right in front of us. Decisions we make daily regarding food choices, exercise and overall health often become complicated. We can manifest a greater sense of purpose and well-being when we are mindful about our decisions regarding the food we eat and how we manage stress and emotions. Manifest Integrated Health is here to streamline the process and help our clients take action with healthful and mindful decisions.
